As I discussed in an earlier post, OIT took on an ambitious number of new IT projects this year, including internet bandwidth improvements, migration of email to Google, new institutional software licenses, and major upgrades to the Jenzabar administrative data system.

Here is our report card as of today:

• Projects completed:          39 of 80 scheduled (49%)
• Projects in progress:         12 of 80 scheduled (15%)
• Projects not yet started:    29 of 80 scheduled (36%)
• Projects overdue:               6 of 41 in progress or not yet started (15%)
